The 2012 Chardonnay Reserve is made from the estate’s oldest vines and is aged 18 months in one-third new French oak. It ratchets up the level of concentration, intensity and richness. The color is a light straw with a green hue. The wine is full-bodied with notes of pears, white peaches, apple skins and quince. Subtle but authoritative with a long finish, it can be enjoyed over the next 5-7 years.
